POWERPOINT SLIDES – due March 7
The Program Committee encourages dialogue amongst panelists rather than individual presentations. Please inform your session moderator if you will be using slides. Your slide deck should be designed in PowerPoint 16:9 (widescreen) format and emailed to email@example.com.
For Case Study Presenters
Please inform us in advance if your presentation includes video. Please prepare your briefing in PowerPoint 16:9 (widescreen) format and upload it via your Speaker Account. Instructions for accessing your Speaker Account were sent via email.
About Slide Formatting
With recent changes in technology, the 16:9 format, commonly referred to as “widescreen”, has become the new standard. The 4:3 format, also known as “standard aspect ratio” is not supported in our projection plan. PowerPoint 2013 and later versions default to the 16:9 aspect ratio.

Please login to your Speaker Account and click the Edit Session Details button to let us know which of your panelists will be using slides and the order in which they will present their opening remarks. Additionally, please let us know if you plan to take questions from the audience. Instructions for accessing your Speaker Account were sent via email.
